Slighty off the topic (but this is the forum for it) but I always liked the "checkerboard" design on those old DC covers.
That said, I think "Clark Kent's Super-Brat" is my favorite.
And Lois' "educated feet" reminds me of Jerry "Lightfoot" Flynn! (That one's for the the WCW folks out there.)

I've probably got around 50 or 60 silver age Legions and most of the 80s run as well. I try to stay no earlier than '59 since before that is too pricey for me to afford.
If you search you can find 60's Legion/Actions/Lois/Jimmys for under $10 in really good shape. If you're just interested in reading the stories rather than collecting, I'd advise you to get the archives. Word has it they're considering a Lois or Jimmy archive next year.
on that note, some of my favorite superboy covers (most of which I own):
All covers with Supie being spanked rule. Also any cover with him causing trouble are also wonderful. Panels with any of the Legion of Super-Pets thinking "*choke*" are the best of all time.
I'm still wondering why Bizarro is speaking in perfect English on that cover though.
edit: oh yeah..."Krypto's First Romance" is fucking AWESOME.
