Total sales for zombie action game Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP have surpassed 200,000 units, developer Dragami Games announced.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP first launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam on September 12, 2024, followed by PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on December 2.​

I believe that is a vast improvement over the original game. IIRC I think it bombed hard on PS360 but not sure.

as far as i know, it's quite fine for small developer, 3 games, one have 200.000 is still fine and can get as far as 3 years worth dev cycle in the future. that's unless they make AA entry from the scratch without external funding. it wont be enough funding for next cycle.

Sales wise thats not bad at all.

I won't be surprised if they are planning a sequel.
