This was beyond domination. Nicky Rod, who he competed against in the 99+ finals, trained with him at Renzo's. He has as intimate of knowledge of Gordon's game as anyone that he's competed against. Gordon subbed him in 2 minutes. He barely broke a sweat up until the superfight.
The match with Galvao was more impressive imo. Galvao, considered the no gi GOAT by most, had absolutely nothing for him. Gordon didn't even have the RNC locked in all the way when Galvao tapped.

If we're talking about the best at no-gi, there's no question it's Gordon. No one has had a run like he's having or run through such high level opposition so effortlessly. If we're talking in the gi, Roger Gracie is generally considered the GOAT.

Floyd Mayweather is the best boxer in his weight classes. That doesn't make him great.
There is more than just winning competitions and crushing the opposition.
Rodney Mullen didn't win all the skateboarding competitions, but he still one of the greats.
He changed the whole sport, invented dozen of moves, inspired countless people to take up skateboarding.

Just start with cold showers, if you can't handle that, ice baths are a big nono.
Start slow, first 1 minute, next time 2 min until you can just only shower with cold water (cold not semi-cold)
Cold showers have many benefits aswell.
