After using Exact Audio Copy for a couple of years, i think i may finally switch to CDEx. i like the layout a bit more and it's a bit easier to . i've even got it ripping to FLACs with full tags, but for the life of me, i can't seem to get it to add replaygain data. Very annoying, considering everything else works so well.

Windows Media Player 10 is another choice. i was against it at first, but it's clean, easy (iTunes-level easiness), and very fast.
