Well, 34 days past the time I ordered my HIS IceQ 9800pro from newegg, I decided I had made a mistake, given the utterly abysmal state of new ATI card support in linux. Unfortunately, newegg doesn't offer refunds past 30 days... so I gotta go to other venues.

I ask for one of two things: $200, or a GF4Ti and $100.

HEY I HAVE THE SAME CARD. i can hoenstly say its fucking fantastic and if he has one of the oens with a r360 core then it just gets sexier.

I have a GF4 TI 4600 if i can find it. That would be a nice little price for that. But i just got a freaking ATI 9600xt argh.

Mine also overclocks to 9800xt with no probs.

Is this really a good deal? Up in here we can get 9800pros for $299 Canadian which is about $200 USD.
