Yes, leave a little early, get yourself acquainted with the area while you look for parking, that's my general rule whenever I am going somewhere I've never been that has parking issues.

I envy you West Coast GAF. If I would have lived in California and in or near LA, I would have gladly have joined you all. But unfortunately, my home sweet home is New York. I think the NYC GAF meet up is in 2 weeks so we'll get our chance then.
