It took me a while to get around to watching Arrested Development but when I've finally gotten around to it two years ago the first thing I did after finishing the series was starting a rewatch, the show totally delivered. I started it for the third time a month ago and I'm currently in the middle of season 4, actually watching GOB's episode right now. Season 4 starts off rough but GOB episodes are so damn good.

I think I actually prefer season 4 to season 3. Season 3 just feels a tad... forced? I guess. I really dislike british arc (even if it ends with the best scene in the entire series, as already mentioned in the first two posts of this thread) and other episodes aren't much better, in the trying-too-hard way (especially Tobias' hair plugs were too much for me).

S1-3 are the hardest I ever laughed during a show. I might have to rewatch S4, but I didn't like it as much from what I remember.

I'll be honest and say when I began to watch it late last year (Only got through half of the second season before my Netflix lapsed) I found it was funnier when you were remembering the lines or specific scenes. Watching the show, the humor is like a dry popcorn fart, and most of the good lines and bits have been beaten to death in various GIF's.

Still a good show, just not as funny as people say it is.

Yeah I remember watching ep 1 of s4 again on a rewatch and it hit me how funny the situation was. S4 has some great George Michael moments
