Yeah there are 2 diff vids. One with the Bucs and Packers.

All in all, I have to give props to EA for apparently doing a completey different game from the current gen stuff. Something a couple GAF members will have to eat crow on

IGN screwed up.

If you click the "Watch it now" button it is the Eagles in the rain video. If you select to download the video it is a different on. Bucs and Packers.

haha just watched that Eagles/Bengals vid. vision cone is there. whoever was controlling Palmer didnt know how to use it though. he had the cone on some receiver on the left and passes to a RB in the flat on the right.

I dont care what anyone says, but that Tampa Video looks striaght out of a NFL2k game. The meter (which is forgivable), but then the animations..which look below average...I'll cut them some slack though. But I will say the stadiums looks amazing, good job there EA.

I like the pre snap stuff like the QB coming out of the huddle. How come it's no color guy with the play by play guy?
As far as the kick off interface, it's 2K style which is a GOOD thing.

Amazing isn't it. I'm a football fan and I like the look of this football game! Couldn't give a shit about the rest of the EA lineup though, save for Fight Night.

Just got a chance to see the IGN vids. It looks very good IMO but there's something bugging me about the Packers vid. How come it seems like the kick returner doesn't have that trademark Madden momentum to him? If there's one thing that set Madden apart from 2K it was the weight that players had to them. Hopefully it just seems that way and they're not going the way of the 2K cut on a dime.

2k5 was not like that. The Madden momentum system was crap anyway, if they are smart they threw it out and started over. Why take so much controll away from the player with the added bonus of a slower paced, less realistic gameplay.

i can only see the gamespot video cause i dont have insider, so all i can really say is that the stadium looks incredible, including the jumbotron and the crowd and everything.

i agree... whoever did the work on the stadiums is awesome. that's the biggest jaw dropping part for me... those are incredibly detailed and look flat out amazing. this nathkenn guy should get a raise.

p.s. why are all these in 4:3 mode? in fact, a lot of videos from x05 are showing the games in 4:3 mode. are these non HDTV's they are showing these games on?

I have to admit... I hate to say it... but Madden is looking to be EA's best game on X-Box 360... it looks pretty decent and I hate Madden since Genesis...

Give me good old Joe Montana Sports Talk or Gameday (for the first 2 games in that series) followed by NFL2K series...

This game looks so much more different than previous Maddens that I wouldnt bet against there being 2 different versions of the game (once PS3 hits).

It really looks like a cross between Fever and NFL2K more than anything else and im not against it at all. Welcome chang3
