Listen, here's what you need to remember, unlike Android or iOS or Windows or whatever, the PS4's firmware is not building off the PS3's firmware and the XB1's firmware is not building off the 360's firmware.

Exactly. Folders would solve this situation. Instead they are making it worse.

If you were playing recently, it will be in those 15 tiles. If not, then by having fewer tiles on that horizontal line, you can get to the library more quickly to find something. Or if you have a camera/headset with mic, you can start it by voice.

I think it'd be nice to have global search. Eg from anywhere on the dashboard press triangle to pop up a search box and start typing the name of a game.

No you can also do it through the PS4 app. No Facebook needed.

Of course, but there is no need to. Unlisted is" public", it's just not searchable on Youtube. Both public and unlisted should show in the whats new section just fine.

The PS3 app is fine, especially when you navigate it using your tablet or phone. I hope the PS4 version has higher resolution options though. It seems to be sub-HD on PS3.

No, all your games will be in library as well. But if you play it alot it will also show on the main bar.

Yes, you need to have accepted a real name request to see custom avatars.

The entire PS4 front-end is done with HTML5 / WebGL, so I assume the YouTube app will feel like it's almost part of the native interface.

For PES.

It doesn't have many licences so on 360/PS3/Xbone you can download an option file someone has made which contains all the real kits etc. PS4 is the only system not currently allowing you to transfer this file across.
