First of all, you should not talk. Everyone who made a positive comment about Bleach you comment about their comment. It´s like you resent people for liking what you don´t like. Second of all, it´s not stupid at all to question a broke ass character and the limit of their broken abilities.
Just a few days ago I found myself defending Bleach cause a few people in this thread seem convinced that Kubo can't draw backgrounds or whatever. I think Bleach has plenty of positive parts.
There's only
one reason I resent bleach, and that's because until SS it had potential to be one of my favourite manga. (re-reading parts of it when I wanted to point out the BG art was high quality back when Kubo actually bothered made me realise this more)
Heck, I'm pretty sure I've been positive about Bleach in this thread at least a few times, it still has a few of my favourite powers out of any of the big shonen & great art and a fight I super enjoyed in recent memory.
What I do react negatively to is people enjoying stuff I personally see as the downfall of a series (like Bleach) or being unequal in their judgement regarding these things.
For example: I'm probably one of the very few people who
enjoyed the fullbring arc, cause honestly? The insanity of Tsukishima's power was original, interesting and put Ichigo into a very odd non-combat situation he couldn't just fight his way out of.
And then ... lots of fights happened. I'm sorry, that makes me feel
so bad I have to complain about it. There's certain tropes I don't like, that's one of them.
I can probably make a huge post with things I enjoy about Bleach if you want, it might give you an idea what about Bleach angers me the most. (spoilers: Chad is one of my favourite characters)
There's been absolutely no implication in any way or place of him being able to split chemical bonds, let alone splitting atoms. So if you know the difference you're making arguments fully knowing they're bad.
There´s no implication that he can´t.
We will have to wait and see his full ability.
Look, the thing is your original quote:
What stopping Caesar from controlling hydrogen in the water, separate it and make fusion to generate so much heat to melt everyone?
This isn't speculation as to what he might be able to. You know fully well that he's probably not doing that cause he can't do it.
I think speculating about the limits of powers is fine, but questions along the line of "why doesn't he just x" imply that he
should be able to do that.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, if so I apologise. But generally speaking when
I or others ask questions like that, it has to do with an author failing to realise the full implications of the powers, rather than genuine curiosity.
And uhm..
True, but he can change the composition of a gas why not change the composition of water which made of H2O. He can separate Oxygen from the air, so why would he not be able to separate the Oxygen from water? And why would Oxygen in the water would be out of the realms of his ability?
Honestly, I
only asked if you knew the difference between chemical bonds and mixtures because it'd give you a very simple answer to this "why" question.
We can
assume he can't do that, which is why he can't do the things he suggested, right?
And if it is shown he
does have that power in the future, you've got a plot hole or crazy power implication worth pointing out.
I agree it's possible that he
could do that, but it'd have bad implications for how he's being writen.
Water vapor is not water, it's water vapor. I'm not really asking for a lot of stocks here man, just hear me out. I'll split it into 3 so you can easily reply to whichever part is the serial killer.
To make water into water vapor, you need to do something to the water, right?
To do something to the water, you need to do something to the water, right?
But water is liquid, so CC can't do anything to the water using his DF powers. Thus, water stays water.
Water and Water Vapor are both H2O, We just use different names for the gaseous state. Beam is perfectly right in pointing that out.
(I will say that considering they're on the frozen side of the island, there must be a very minimal amount of water vapor around though.)
