Okay, because in chapter 2 All Might was talking about the American Dream. Maybe it was the translator.

All of his attacks are based off American states, so it's hard to tell if that's his gimmick or his nationality.

The world of Academia has surprisingly been very well-crafted so far ( stuff like regulations, how the system of heroes are maintained and exist in the world, etc are implemented in a believable manner befitting of a crazy mutant world ), but geography is definitely the one animal that it hasn't touched.

How does the other parts of the world play into the Hero Society thing, etc.

Awesome chapter and awesome color spread. Really like how they're making this a shonen manga version of X-men practically following tropes of Western superheroes. It's probably a big hit in Japan cause of how popular the Marvel superhero movies are.

I'm kind of in a slump Manga-GAF and I'm wanting something new to read besides my normal weekly series. There's nothing like finding a new series that you fall in love with and look forward to getting caught up with (If it's still going). I'm mostly a lover of standard shonen (Big 3, Toriko, HxH, Nanatsu no Taizai ect.) but I also enjoy dark fantasy (Beserk, Claymore, Ubel Blatt) and anything in general that revolves around powers/abilities. I do not like shojo, slice of life, or anything revolving around standard everyday normalities or romances.

Anybody know of any series that you think that I would enjoy based on my likes? I'm really hoping to find a new series that grabs me and gets me back into reading mode again.

Angel Densetsu was very repetitive yeah, but in a way I think that was its greatest accomplishment. Doing 15 volumes of comedy series around more or less the same joke, and be consistently funny despite it.
I think one of my favorite arcs is the photographer.
