A japanese woman gets raped on an American base by American special forces only to get saved by a high ranking medic whose in some real deep shit. This is real dumb and offensive and the only reason I'm bothering with it is thanks to BASED IKEGAMI'S art.
i can deal with the right wing nationalist crap but the latent misogyny throughout a lot of the stuff hes worked on really gets to me, especially in this case when it was written by a womanI'll pass if I were you.
There are quite a number of nationalist garbage with good looking art.
Shingetsutan Tsukihime Overall Thoughts
IN THE END IT WAS FOR NOTHING.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Well, I do recommend this. Its certainly better than Fate/Stay Night, so yeah.

Wait, have you read the bonus chapters?
If you're referring to the epilogue then yeah I totally agree, I just imagine that chapter doesn't exist. I do wish that instead of adapting and expanding upon Arcueid's route they did Ciel's just because she's an infinitely more interesting and well handled character, with a route that explores Shiki more in depth than Arcueid's route does but what can 'ya do. Poor Ciel isn't the Tsukihime after all.
THAT'S IT YOU ORANGE-FLAVORED MOTHEFUCKER
Yup. What a heartbreaker.
I found it pretty nice. They reunited and everything~ What more could you want~?

but it was to be or not? its like that FF7 reveal where it could have be but was not.
ambiguity is the word.
There's always the author's other series Nozomi X Kimio.
It's not as good but it's more playful and silly if that's what you're looking for.
You'll reach a point where you just want the MC to burn in hell.
Edit:
If you mean very dramatic by emotionally draining than no. If you want that, read Sundome, I highly recommend it . I'm pretty sure Uso would love to see your reaction to the manga after you've finished it. I got a huge list in my head and I'm forgetting names all of a sudden. Addicted to Curry is light hearted and its essentially the One Piece of cooking in terms of slapstick comedy and has injections of romance in it, or slice of life as other would call it.
I'll add this to my list, thanks.
Pick one of these and have fun.
Boys on the Run
Gonensei
Moteki
Oyasumi Punpun
Platform in Hiroki Endo's Tanpenshuu
Thank you - I'll put these on there as well.
E: Maybe this will help get some other fun suggestions. Chobits may be my favorite love manga I've read to date. It's the only manga I've read that I felt like I needed to own the artbook for (which is amazing by the way).
Ask wonzo to grab Akito and they can make one together (not a baby). So there are book podcasts. There are anime podcasts. Are there any decent manga podcasts?
Shokugeki no Soma 101
Rice bran is considered by some "local fisherman groups to be the most delicoius way of eating Pacific Saury"
if it was so well known and established you'd think the other two guys would try to create some counter measure for it in their dish instead of just blindly ignoring the fact that one of them may actually use it for their dish
Soma tricking the judges was nice (as in not giving them the complete dish before hand)
I also forgot about Eizan.... lol

How's the newest arc of Tower of God going guy/gals?
i decided to let the chapters accumulate a bit before reading but was curious about its quality.
Jojo Part 5: Chapter 50 something?
I'm currently halfway through Jojo part 5 and I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. A real shame that after the pretty good part 4 Jojo fell back into the depths of mediocrity.
Between Arc and Ciel I'm definitely an Arc guy but y'all know Kohaku is the best
