Vista Users: How are you getting your taskbar so transparent? I can't seem to get mine to
change from the default, even though all my other windows are set at the highest transparency. This is an example of what I'm talking about...

This is what mine looks like. The Start Menu, and my other windows are transparent, but the taskbar doesn't seem to want to follow suit.
