Even then, they could have made the deal about him "having to go away" for a little while mean more by actually you know...having him go away for a while. Maybe by saying that beating Brock took everything he got and that's why he couldn't beat Rock.
Well they have to get the title of The Rock at that point and the only two people that could rightfully challenge him would be CM Punk or John Cena. I would rather see him wrestle Punk again if it was me.

I don't get how they didn't go with Barret vs Jericho. Seriously Barret needs to get put over not put over Miz or Fandango. I don't get why WWE keeps trying to use Barret to get people over when he hasn't had any help getting over himself. Stupid Cena burried the entire Nexus

I don't mind Jericho putting young talent over, I think it's great.
But he should be winning matches against at least semi-credible names, so a win against him would actually mean something at this point. He's been jobbed to hell and back since his return last year.

The best thing about 3 hour RAW is the ability to do these kind of main events more often.
