HHH argued with Orton and Batista, and decided to add Bryan's stipulation for himself too, so if he beats Bryan at WM, he'll be in the Triple Threat match instead.

I think this is their way of making it less predictable whether Daniel Bryan will win his match with HHH. Only him having the stipulation made it obvious he would win.
