This studio includes the following teams: Param, Noise, Clever Trick, Ambrella und Saru Brunei

Ambrella did that Pokemon DS game and Noise works on Custom Robo. But what did happen to the other teams? Param made Doshin the Giant and has 1080°Snowboarding maker. Clever Trick showed a N64 game, cancelled it and we never heard of them anymore. Saru Brunei...what did they do?

So what happened to them? Were they closed?

a while ago i found this about them, i think it was from n-sider.

The Nintendo 64 was lacking in Japanese third party support. To cure this, Nintendo of Japan decided to build a canvas to garner more software development from outside parties. Marigul was established in July 1996 as a joint venture between Recruit (60%) and Nintendo (40%). The name Marigul coincidentally, is a hybrid from MARIo and seeGUL (Recruit’s corporate mascot). Marigul serves as an agent to independent game developers. Once you sign a contract with Marigul, your job is to concentrate on developing the software. Marigul gathers the budget from investors for you. Their only requirement of you is to have the game completed in five years. Marigul’s list of Japanese oriented games include: Pikachu Denki Dechu, Custom Robo, Kyojin no Doshin, Echo Delta, Derby Stallion, and Dobutso Bancho.

The idea behind that was one that Nintendo needs today. It's just that the talent they signed up wasn't particularly impressive.

IntSys coded the GC version of Cubivore and EAD coded the GC version of Doshin. All the teams from Marigul were shut down except Noise (Custom Robo) and Ambrella (Pokemon spinoffs) which were both absorbed into Nintendo directly iirc.
