Mario Basketball?

www.Gamefront.de
Have Mario DunkShot as being registered by Nintendo at the Japanese trademark office.
I can only presume this to be Basketball?

Also registered advanced map and Advanced guide?

Any Germans who can fully translate?

Just Football to go (Yes football where you use your foot to kick the ball, not your Hands to throw and catch) (NOT SOCCER EITHER)

Anyway just football and i'll be happy!!

I have poor ass german skillz but it says (i think)

that nintendo has filed for a patent with the japanese patent office for a new game called mario dunk shot that could be related to the snes game called super dunk shot. And it is currently not known what platform it was filled for under, and that nintendo hasnt released an official statement regarding the game yet.

I just want, you know... maybe "Nintendo Basketball" would be nice instead of a Mario X sports game, ya know? Mix it up a little! The charm of Mario and friends has just wore completely off outside of the Paper Mario games. I'd like to see something different from Nintendo sports games, in terms of who they exploit for a buck.

Oh, and nice touch with the "Amisux". I was totally imagining the pain I'll go through for the rest of the day, knowing someone dropped the last three letters off my internet nickname and inserted the word "sucks" spelled "sux" in place of it.

Mario vs. Megaman Soccer

...

you know you'd all buy it.
There was this old soccer game I used to play in the arcades with robots and stuff...can't remember the name, but it rocked my pocket.

I really liked Megaman Soccer. I wouldn't mind a Nintendo Soccer, with different teams making up the various aspects of Nintendo's vast collection of franchises. Their would even be an unlockable Nintendogs team!

Shh!
Mario Soccer? Running on a licensed version of the Sega Soccer Slam engine?
As if...
;-)

So "Mario 128" is just 128 seperate Mario games where he doesn't platform. The truth is out.

I actually don't see a big problem with this. It doesn't have the "WTF?!" factor that Mario DDR did. And Mario, Peach, and Luigi already got guest spots in the Gamecube version of NBA Street Volume 3, so this isn't a huge leap. We all knew this was coming...

Mario needs to pick up a fucking guitar so we can get a Guitar Freaks crossover or something.

I want a Mario Ice Hockey game.
I'd buy that.

Then go buy Mario Party 5.

I'm serious, there's an Ice Hockey game in it. (Simplistic, but it's there.) It's even a seperate mode with some adjustable settings, not just a random minigame.

I loved that game. It had the ugliest art direction but, it was fun as hell in multiplayer. I'd buy a Mario version.

After Namco's Mario Baseball, I'd rather see a Konami collaberation for Mario Soccer. A Sega developed Mario Derby could be neat too.

If Mario Slam Dunk is real, I suspect it'll simply be EA's NBA Street V3 subgame with more characters added. :(

Why do they limit these games to the Mario universe? Why not make it like SSB,it would be so much better.
I agree completely... come on, Nintendo. That would make me a lot more interested in these games.

I always told people that Nintendo will do a 'casual' sports line. Because they can make just about any sport fun.

I see bowling in the future.

THE MASSES DEMAND THE FOLLOWING

Mario Hockey
Mario Fishing
Mario Bowling
Mario Dating/Train Simulation
