Marioween/Blue Twilight?

I managed to grab a copy of it - most of the gamershell mirrors are empty zips, except one of the asian ones.

It's pretty neat, but I really want to play it with a gamepad (i.e. when I get home). I've already beaten king boo.

One of these days I have to advertise my game here =P

Okay seriously, Mario Ween was a nice little game. Bugged the guy making it about all these mishaps and glitches that came up. Undead Mario and such. As is being a tester I'm...quite tired of the game, really =P

That was awesome!! It's the sequel to Super Mario World that Nintendo denied to me all these years, the bastards. :(

I wish he picked the SMW sprite for Mario, though.

"Triangle jumping" = Wall Jumping. That's so cool!

It's so sad it's not a "real" game. I wouldn't mind having that ROM (Is it a ROM? Or is it god forbid some Windows only executable.).

I notice the rabbit ears not seen since Mario Land 2 (God I loved that game.) and super power jumping like the Princess does in Super Mario Bros. 2.

The golden ghosts. It's flying at him and stops. I'm like "well? Is it gonna do any--" then it zooms across the screen. Genius! Man, to think Nintendo probably won't use any of these ideas in the next 2D Mario game is sad. :(

I'd love to have this on my Gameboy micro.

Also, it reminded me how good SMRPG's music was. Damn, now I want to hook up the SNES again and play.

Rabit ears? I'm pretty sure those were wings, dude.

You never played Mario Land 2?! Those are ears. Same sprite too. Lots of Mario Land 2 stuff in this game.

Dude.

WHAT? Hmm, interesting. And no, I've never played any SML games (I hate handheld Mario games), so my bad for getting it confused. I thought he had the winged cap, what with the Mario 64 similarities in the game and whatnot.

Not your fault. But how can you hate the handheld games? They're some of the best! Well, there was only like 2 actual Mario ones. The original was a really more Japanese SMB game with new music and smaller sprites, but the second one was a masterpiece! Rabbit ears were only one of the best powerups since the original SMB3. And the mechanical Mario statue world was awesome. And Macroland? Genius. God I miss that game. I wish I knew where I put it. There's stuff in ML2 that never made it into any other Mario game.

I'd love for them to put out GBA remakes of both.

Don't hate them. I can't believe you'd HATE handheld Mario games! How?

Because they only have 4 colors!! I mean, duh. :)

Well, they just didn't appeal to me. They really just..."felt" different from the others. If it's any consolation, I love the SNES ports on the GBA, and can't wait to get the new Super Mario Bros. on the DS. :)
