How do I save a reserve team?



Same for me. But now ive just been making my own game with a Beginner only and 2 player limit. Usually doesnt take long for someone to join.

I think its in your 'license' menu or whatever it's called.

Whenever I check some vids after spending some time in training mode I end up seeing things I didn't even think of, even though I'm familiar with the mechanics now. Guess I'm really lacking when it comes to creativity. :/

Any frame data available in the strategy guides ?

How does this game do matchmaking? Is it like Starcraft where it actually calculates your ranking (using Elo or something) or do they just give you a number that goes up? Because the second one is a broken way to do it.

You have to launch them with S to begin, you can't just use S+Direction after a jump.

Should bring your teammate in the play with an aerial combo.

And this was why I thought it was weird when people cry about getting another disc version. SSF4 with 10 new characters was $40. If they release 10 new MvC3 characters via DLC it is going to fucking cost $50 if we want all of the characters. I guess being able to buy characters individually is a nice option, but I always like experimenting with everyone - and I think I will now more so than ever since there is a random team button. It's cool though. Initial roster is amazing, so I don't see myself investing in any DLC for a long while. I'm just psyched to actually have this game.

And at least they aren't $7.99 like BB!

Practice makes perfect. This game definitely warrants practice. Veterans of versus fighters already have a huge edge over new players in fundamentals.

Hit S, then M M H or something then instead of neutral S to knock them down hit up, right, or left plus S.

Exhibition as in someone has to die? No...

But you can go to training mode and battle the CPU for as much as you want with no one getting KO.

10 levels, plus 40 characters doesn't take up that much room compared to a normal game.

Yeah. It's just after having someone on a 31+ winning streak, the morale goes down. But, it is a learning experience if you are willing to take the time to learn from your losses.

I'm still at a really basic stage. In SSFIV, I can safely say I was 10x better. It became something like a chess match at what I perceive to be high level play against someone who knows what they're doing. Right now in MvsC3 I'm doing things just for the hell of it hoping to hit. I swear I've done several random supers ... =(

Damn this thread is moving fast. Just plunked down about two hours. Still don't feel like I have a grasp as to all that's going on, but game is a blast so far. Just trying to get feel for the basics and some bnb's for now.

Right now I'm rolling with some combination of Trish, Chris, Deadpool / Iron Man.

Spidey, X-23, and Morrigan are fun too. So tough to decide!

Are you using Dante or Wesker?

If no -> stop using several random supers
If yes -> continue using several random supers, preferably with XFC cancel into another super. That's 70% health gone.
