Marvel 3 is one of the most entertaining games ever to watch.

I would like to see more different characters. Now it has mostly been Sentinel, Storm, Magneto, Doom.

More diversity and it would definitely be the most entertaining.

I just finished the game with every character and the number of ranked matches you can play are off the charts when you set the game to find opponents of any rank.

I wonder how hard it would be to find someone who's got the rank you need to play to unlock the trophy at this point... :k

I have no problem finding ranked matches. I usually get a match before I can even finish a single combo in training mode. Probably because my rank is pretty low though.

Shotos always seemed out of place in Versus games.

Vampire series characters seem to be a better fit, with their exaggerated normals.

It's even worse when you are a low level player like me. You are probably at least good enough to mess around with whoever you want and still win. I keep wanting to try new things out, but I just get murdered whenever I step away from my A team. I need to find some other GAFfer feeling the same way and just play random select matches for a while, I'd love the chance to just mess around.

It's going to depend on the number of entry for each game.If MvC3 is the most popular,it's going to be the main event.Now,if it's SFIV AE then yes I could see it as the main event.Especially will all the international players that are going to attend.

Anyway,EVO 2011 is going to be about the new MK,SFIV and MVC3 so there's going to be ton of complaining anyway from Mahvel fans,MK fans and SF fans.

I guess you just have to play the game yourself. I get confused and not seeing where the mad skill differences between high level and average, all the matches looks the same to me lol.

That aimable Shinkuu is crazy at times. Gotta learn how to play with Tron though, especially since she has such an awesome assist in the gustav flame.

Online can be rather laggy for me, but you've been on my friends list for awhile and dont think we've ever played. I'd be up for some full random matches. My mic port is messed up though, so I'll be mute =/

I'm not on tonight. But that sounds good to me. Gotta imagine that you can end up with some really unsynergistic teams with random select, but that's half the fun.

The lag online so far in my first 3 rounds has been unplayable. Hopefully this was just a streak of bad luck...

Anyways who are the best characters? Any tier lists out there? So far I'm loving X-23 and Dante, I'll rotate in a handful of other characters, still trying to find the final character.

I just got hit with a Shinkuu Hadouken coming downwards at an angle. I had no idea he could shoot in that direction too.

I had a few good matches tonight on ranked, but the scene on the 360 is dead for me. Most people are locked away in player lobbies or on mission mode. Might have to get on the PS3 to see if anyone is willing to play.

R2 is probably L+M+H, L2 is L+M by default IIRC. I'd use the one with only 2 buttons, since I'd also use that for dashing.

I knew hitting start and select resets your location in training mode, I never knew holding left or right while resetting puts your opponent in the corner of the direction you're facing. Mind Blown. The lab just got better.
