People just like to complains and being so negative. I found it amusing that they kept telling people to not preorders in two different threads. Dude, why are you make it your business to tell people to preorder or not.
I know, right?

If I don't complain then the world won't know to add Regina and Snake in their corresponding games though.
I will take the ups with the downs much rather than the steady spew of generic 5/10 from marvel. Deadpool/logan are better than anything marvel has put out since the whole marvel universe thing.
I'm trying to really think about villains that would naturally fit in a story like this.
Since it says the heroes and villains are working together to fight Ultron-Sigma, it's easy to think of villains who would be doing this (Wesker, MODOK, Thanos, Bison, Doom) in hopes of getting something out of it. Vergil's eyes would light up at the possibility of acquiring the Infinity Gauntlet. Akuma seems like the type to be more excited at fighting Ultron-Sigma than taking the Gauntlet.
When I think of villains like Jedah, it's kinda hard imagining a scenario where he'd care to even fight against Ultron-Sigma. Mainly because he's from a demon world.
What villains would from both Capcom and Marvel do you think fits perfectly in the story?

Well, complaining wouldn't do anything to get those characters included. You have to send the tweets to those people I listed and let them hear your voice. Also get more people to do it then they "might reconsider" the choices.
You can make -any- villain character have a motive for getting close to the infinity gauntlet/stones. Jedah included.
The story is gonna be barf anyways
Like I'm expecting Namco x Capcom level of plot here
That'd, honestly, be an insult to NxC. At least the Monolithsoft guys tend to do their homework when it comes to characters, characterizations and the like, which makes for fun interactions among the cast that shows that the scriptwriter(s) still "get" the characters.
That's more than what I can say for Frank Tieri when it came to the Capcom side of MvC3, sadly. Knowing that he's back on board doesn't give me any confidence, at all~!
If that's the case, Chris would only have a land mine and incendiary grenade. I can't imagine him losing his normal grenade. Now I'm curious about his moveset.
Yeah, E3 is coming quickly.
I wonder if Chris still has the Satellite Laser for his Lvl3.
I apologized for a double post but I'm thinking about the button system and characters' movesets. Since we have LP, HP, LK and HK system now so we might see some moves being gone since we don't have L, M, and H anymore.
I hope not since that level 3 was terrible.
It used to be great when Svensson (Capcom VP) still worked there because he posted/replied a lot,and his posts were often quite insightful about what was going on there, game development, etc. After he left Capcom the forums became completely useless.
Some of the stuff he said didn't exactly reflect reality or the company's later decisions though.
I think Sven never really tried to lie to us, regardless of what some have claimed. He was just trying his best to communicate with the fanbase, but all signs point to there being a disconnect (SPECIALLY back in those days) between Capcom JP and US, which made things difficult.

? MvC3 had some nice shoutouts to character lores etc. like Deadpool making fun of Mags by quipping about the Konami arcade game. Ryu bringing up his fear of spiders, to name a few.

The story is probably going to be like one of those Saturday morning cross over specials.
Damn E3 is next month
Really hope we get some info about the online infrastructure. Also I want to see some Captain Marvel gameplay!
"Marijuana is bad, mmkay?"

It's weird that they announce Carol early but they haven't shown her off as much as other characters.
I wonder if MvCI will get shine on the main conference stages. Maybe at the Sony Conf? It was announced at PSX, afterall.
I don't think she's done yet

Looking good.
I recently heard that Groot can "assist" a certain character (I'm not going to outright leak anyone by name), but it was really vaguely worded and I'm not sure if MvC1-style assists will be revealed at a later date or if this specific character has Groot summon moves. Either way, it doesn't sound like he's playable, but we'll see. (Don't take this as confirmation of anything, but I thought it was worth mentioning.)
