Well, anytime during this week (from Monday to Friday), but I think it's safe to guess that we would get something on Tuesday or Wednesday since they usually release information middle of the week. I don't even recall any new information being released on Friday by Capcom.

With both Capcom and Disney backing this, get ready for max DLC CPM. If they can fit even a decent amount of female characters in this game, get ready for them to go full DOA

I think there will be one surprise at least to carry hype. Something like DMC in a new design to get talk about DMC5 or just some sort of highly requested character that will get the flames going again.

Also I could see them doing teases like they did at first for SFV and maybe silhouettes or hints in the trailer(s)

Dante isn't getting shown until E3 with DMC5 guys.

They are holding that one deep in their chest.

If they use the DMC5 model for Dante then they will absolutely not reveal it before revealing DMC5 in the same time frame.
