May PS plus games for EU

I'll take Muramasa thank you. Was a game that I was keeping an eye on and would have looked into and possibly bought once I caught up on my Vita backlog.

Does it have DLC? If I get a game free on PS+ that I quite enjoy, I'm more inclined to buy extra story/mission Dlc to give something to the devs

yes

When will I learn and stop buying games that I've no intention of playing for a few months?
I bought Everybody's Golf and Stick It To The Man the last time they were on sale and haven't even installed them yet (P4G takes up a lot of time and memory card space).

Luckily I'm more than happy with Muramasa and Puppeteer as they're two games I was tempted to buy in the past and probably would have bought at some point the future.

Puppeteer to finally become the success it long deserved to be.

Aside from Payday 2, that's a great line up. Two fantastic Vita titles, one amazing title and an average PS4 title.

Cool. I wonder if they'll put the DLC on sale at the same time like a few companies do

Even if they don't, they're worth it. They're pretty long and you get to play as a new character too. It's pretty sweet. Although the first DLC I bought had issues. They might've fixed that by now.

anyone experienced any problems by switching to the digital version of a game after having it at retail? No reason to keep my everybody's golf cart now. have cloud saves so hopefully that won't be an issue.

Nice! Will pick up Puppeteer. Already have Muramasa, but cool that it's on there. More people need to play that game. Maybe Dragon's Crown will be on plus someday? That would be sweet!

Only if they're different regions. Otherwise, have at it.

I was an idiot when I bought Muramasa last August as an american import.

Now I can buy the DLC without having to re-buy the EU version. Stupid account system...

Also, shouldn't it be time to start releasing full games as PS4 plus games...?

Every month I hope for an RPG and end up disappointed...I should stop doing that.

Yup.When was the last time they offered a JRPG?All the other genres have been extensively covered except JRPGs.

Btw i'm not complaining i think PS+ has a great value and it gives me the chance to try games which most of the times i would have never touched but i'd have liked it if they tried to cover all genres as equally as possible.

I guess there's a small chance of something like Knack going PS+ around E3 but if I were a betting man I'd put good money on the first PS+ retail release coming around December.

If you're a Vita gamer then P4G shouldn't be long. There's not a lot of games left to go + on the Vita (and I'll probably re-buy one when that happens).

I don't understand why so many people keep saying this. The console came out in November and people are actively buying retail games right now. There's such a small amount of retail games to put on PS+ as well. Did you expect AC4, COD, BF, and inFamous to be on PS+ already?

There's 12 months in a year. If you for some stupid reason put "indie games" into one genre or don't care about a game because of it's budget/marketing campaign regardless of the quality or amount of content, then you'll get at least 2 "AAA" games to justify the $30-50 dollars you used to pay for the subscription.

To think about it, the only titles i didn't like are: don't starve and mercenary kings.
PS+ was the main reseon for me to get in sony's ship for the first time after many years playing on xbox and 360.
it doesn't matter how you look at it, it's a great value. I think my emotions just took over.

America, here. Payday 2 is a great coop game. Was excited for Puppeteer but found it pretty underwhelming. Great concept, lackluster execution. Was hoping for a poor man's Little Big Planet not sure what I got.

Regardless, Sony gives us free games so not bitching at all.

Expect the first retail title to be announced at E3 the earliest. I'd imagine it'll be something like AssCreed to build hype for Unity.

Poor month for me having Puppeteer and Muramasa. I'll download Golf and Stick it but otherwise it's possibly the weakest month for a long, long time on PS+ Oh well, here's to something better next time.

There's a lot of them, actually. And no, you are not getting P4G anytime soon. Hell, I don't think it will ever be on PS+ at all.

Almost certain it hasn't been an IGC title before - at least not in Europe.

It has been on sale for £5 at times though...

It's never been on NA PS+ before.

On another note, is this the first time there has been less than three PS3 games offered in one month for EU? There has never been less than three PS3 games offered for NA Plus (Since the launch of IGC, that is)

What are you talking about, Puppeteer was never on PS+...maybe you are talking about when the game was only 9 bucks with PS+ back in January during the 14 for 14 sale. Either way, I'm glad more people can play this amazing game; it feels like what would happen if the production levels of God of War was mixed into a Rayman or Mario game :).

Correct, never been free for NA Plus. It was $7.00 this past Jan, however, and I happily bought it!

I prefer having 'indies' and would describe them as full games. I get that from a value perspective it's could be a bit of a swizz but I've loved Don't Starve, Outlast etc. It's nice having more individual games. (I actually bought a PS4 for Resogun and The Witness though, so I'm probably in the minority).

Nah it's been like it since October/November, still with no explanation.

They reduced the amount of games for PS3 for the EU when the PS4 released. Before it was three games but they reduced it to two. Funnily enough, the backlash on GAF seems to be non-existent.

Pretty sure that they claimed that they needed to do that because they were starting to give PS4 titles. A horrible non-sensical explanation (especially when the US still gets their usual 3 games), but a explanation nonetheless.

Damn! Muramasa Rebirth and Puppeteer so soon? They both are great games and it was a matter of time to be on Plus, but I sure do hope this soon doesn't mean they flopped with the sales...

Good month for both PS3 and Vita in my book.

Yes! I've been wanting Puppeteer but I never got around to it.

I had no idea Stick it to the Man was coming to PS4, either. Looking forward to finally playing that. :D

Month 2 of PS4+ and we're getting another side-scrolling indie game.

There's a lot of salty people who complain about people bitching about getting indie games as part of their sub, but it'd just be nice to mix it up a bit. I understand that there aren't a lot of big games out for the PS4 at the moment but some variation would be nice.

That being said I sort of enjoyed Mercenary Kings (much, much better when I decided to open my game up to multiplayer) so I'll be giving Stick It To The Man a go.

More PS4 games I don't want to play, kind of regretting becoming an early adopter. I have a half decent gaming PC and there are no exclusives worth playing till the end of the year, PS4 is just going to sit and collect dust.

Some people aren't meant to buy launch anything. I've been playing every day since launch and have like 25+ games.

Sell it and let someone else enjoy maybe?

Hoping Muramasa makes it to US PS+ too. I wouldn't play that one right now because I'm playing Dragon's Crown (while different, those are both games from Vanillaware), but at least it would be in my download list.

What are you even talking about?

Did I say indie games are not real games? I'm just tired of getting the same kind of game every month. Off all the PS4 plus games I only enjoyed Resogun. Don't Starve was ok but I couldn't spend much time on it. The rest were shit.

Do I also have to justify my taste in video games for you?

Same kind of game? Wut? Indie is not a genre, and each game that has been on PS+ for PS4 plays differently from one another.

People wishing for retail games for PS4 this early is just insane.

Don't really care for Stick it to the man though.

Muramasa will be interesting, never played any of their games before. Such a shame that puppeteer isn't on the Vita, don't think I will bother to play it on my PS3.

PS4: meh, game is mediocre at best. Already played it so not interested.
PS3: always wanted to play Puppeteer. Yes it's my faultthe game sold so bad but I didn't had a PS3 at launch :/
Like Payday 1 so the sequel is welcome. Play the series on PC with friends though. Overall, good.
Vita: awesome games but I already own both.

Their PS4 selection has been so bad since launch (except Outlast, but I played it on PC before it came out). Seriously, this game looks absolutely terrible. Worse than Mercenary Kings or Dead Nation somehow.

At least I can buy Octodad now, I was sure that if I bought it, it'd be May's PS4+ game.

Happy about Everybody's Golf on the Vita, I've done really well off Vita PS+, I think all but 3 games I own are from Plus. And Puppeteer is great too - I can return my physical copy since I haven't got around to taking off the cellophane yet.
