How does Golden Truth have the most build of any angle on the show?

Damien Mizdow turning on the Miz once had the most build of any angle heading into a Wrestlemania. That doesn't mean anything. Just means Creative has been spinning their wheels indefinitely because they need this for RAW padding but have no clue what to do with it once they pull the trigger.
