I remember seeing a kid on a leash once, and only once. Felt bad for the kid.

My daughter wears a backpack with a leash when we're out. She's perfectly happy, and if she wasn't wearing it she'd run out into the road or end up getting killed some other way. 17 month old kids do not have any concept of road safety.

Whilst I'd like to believe it's a PR stunt (I actually work at a PR agency in the Farringdon area) I do question why we haven't heard who orchestrated it. What are they PRing?

As long as he doesn't go around marking his territory and sniffing peoples crotches and asses no one should get hurt.

Probably.

Maybe.

Who knows.

Either a PR stunt or he paid for it. My woodshop teacher told me that her friend gets paid to do weird shit like this. Some guy asked her to put him in a garbage bag and leave him in an alley. There's also something called financial abuse I believe. You basically pay a woman to shop with you and act like one of those rich entitled types. The more trrble you are the better.

So when people say they are having trouble finding jobs I call bs.
