What's up with these? Everything sold 1 unit more or same...

So Famitsu went and combined the hardware for weeks 18 and 19 after not reporting Hardware last week. Others decided to divide by 2 and put it for each week lol (I think using the Dengeki ratio on the Famitsu total is a bit better but w/e.

Yoshi has never really sold that well in Japan except Yoshi DS. It’s doing alright sales wise and still legging along for now

I wonder if it's just franchise fatigue and lower Japanese sales will cause N to reflect and pause on the franchise.

Though, as of March 31, 2019, the game has still sold a respectable 1.11 million copies worldwide.

People fell in love with a particularly awesomely chosen art style and special gameplay, a quite unique ingenious mix they have not been able to replicate ever since. Even the ones styled kind of like it missed the mark in both gameplay and art direction departments. This is a good game, maybe not as great as YI was... it actually looks like the best one on a while... just a bit pricey perhaps.
