Good sales at the top. Dragon's Crown should have no issues selling over 200k, which is about what Odin Sphere did.

As for our friends at Level-5... they don't see that lucky. Another overshipped re-release.

Great week for Japanese gamers - AA5 did quite well and DC proves that there is a great fanbase on Vita for creative niche titles

dc did really well combined. they'll probably make that budget back with ease.

ace attorney 5 though. holy shit.

witch did okay. maybe a 70k-80k lifetime sort of thing.

pikmin 3 dropped slightly below the 15k i was expecting, but nothing too steep. i think this would be the kind of game to stick around for a little while if there were other games to boost hardware on a regular basis.

mario & luigi 4 bombed though.

People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks.
Man, Vanillaware is killing it on PS3/PSV.

I wonder if they have plans porting Grand Knights History or Odin Sphere on Vita.

Only 56% drop in 2nd week sales for Mario & Luigi? That seems really good for an RPG. The "hardcore" RPGs like Persona, Tales etc. usually drop by 80% or more. Maybe that heat wave was stopping people from buying it after all!

Nothing makes me happier in a Media Create thread than to see Level-5 continue to struggle to find even a fraction of the success they did in their glory days. Suck it Hino. Try harder! :p

Pretty amazing Dragon's Crown numbers, and also really great ratio between PS3 and Vita. Not sure how digital works out for Japan, but assuming it's more of a thing when talking handhelds, the ratio between PS3:Vita might be even closer.

Clearly the new Animal Crossing! (lol). The terrible anime adaptation must be helping out quite a bit.

Are those 3DS numbers exceptionally high or are all the others exceptionally low?

I think the Vita slowly becomes a healthy plattform in japan, tho.
When are FF X/-2 HD and GodEater2 coming out.

Wow. That's a pretty good sales for AA5. I was wondering what bumped the 3DS to 229k last year. I guess it was expected what game it was.
