We'll be fixed pretty soon anyway, but yeah it'd be weird if a direct wasn't happening next week, or in the few days before TGS the following week.
Now for something completely different, I just read this on Gematsu and found that story pretty interesting. There was that Summer Lesson-clone made by D3 called "Happy Manager" announced at last year TGS,
initially planned as a VR only title (just like Summer Lesson). D3 recently announced that the game will release in early 2018, but the platform choice went under some changes. From a PSVR only release, it then switched to PS4 + PSVR support at some point, and now it's seemingly only releasing as a PS4 title, without any virtual reality features. It's pretty weird how a game that was seemingly tailored for the virtual reality is now stripped of its core to release as a PS4-only title. Hence my question : is the VR state in Japan that bad, or has the hype simply completely died ? Note that this announcement comes a few days after Bamco announced the episode 3 of Summer Lesson, still only on PSVR.
