So I'm the North America rep, which means that really I can only officially comment on anything related to US/CAN and some limited MEX/ARG/CHI/BRA info, but I took a look at the press release and it does indeed say that. I recommend throwing the question at my coworkers at KonamiEU/KonamiUK or @ParodiSu on Twitter. My take is that it appears to not be an error.
That's mostly to cover my ass.

I do have a question regarding TPP. Is there talks of a Steam pre-load option at all? We all have no idea how big the game will be. All we know is really what hardware we need to run the game. So even if you don't know if there will be a pre-load option, is there a way to get the message to others so that could be a real possibility? Please? :3
