MGSV for PC officially confirmed

Leggoo!

Where's that wishlist?

I can't wait to see what VR headtracking will add to this game. I was surprised at how much it added to Sonic Colors when I played it with VR Headtracking.

A game like MGS, where being able to look all around is vital? That'll be a game changer.

Fuck yes. No doubt about which version to get for me.

Really love all these former console only franchises seeing the light.

Glad to see it coming to PC, GZ was really nice on the PS4 but the texture filtering was surprising bad so it will be nice to avoid that.

Well, earlier in the year I was expecting Phantom Pain to be the driving force behind my first next-gen console purchase. But Bloodborne means I need one anyways.

Still, I'm planning to have built my witcher 3/star citizen PC by then so I can't wait to max it out. With glorious Akio Otsuka.

Ground Zeroes barely has any story in it. And most of it is centered around
the rape of a young woman.
So I guess it is anime like in that regard.

:P

Don't be silly, it's not like anime at all!
it needs more tentacles and upskirts of underage characters.

Edit : and actually on topic, am pleased for PC gamers, it would make no sense whatsoever for it to remain console exclusive. You guys are in for a good time.

I'm assuming Phantom Pain should be day one with console versions on PC, so why in the fuck didn't we get GZ at initial release exactly?

Good that it's happening though. Another multiplat I won't need to pay console prices for. Destiny next?

I've always theorized that Konami's current PC strategy came too late during Ground Zeroes development, but would work out perfectly for the Phantom Pain release.

Despite loving MGO last gen, that I needed to pay for PSN meant I wasn't paying attention to the new version because I refuse to pay to play online.

The PC version of TPP changes everything. Holy shit i'm so stoked for Metal gear online now.

We kinda need an HD collection on PC for this, I've never played a MGS game.

I'm going to get some stick for this, but the older games haven't aged too well at all.
That control scheme. Calling it terrible would be almost complementary.

People moan about remasters, but I would buy Metal Gear Solid 1-4 remastered in the Fox Engine in a heartbeat - for twice the RRP if I had to.

Wow! Great news and perhaps not too surprising since MGR is on Steam.

I might be currently feeling "done" with the MGS series, but its presence on Steam certainly makes it monetarily easier for me to change my mind if I can't resist. I still love the old entries, I'm just not sure if I'm looking for more.

I know...but I can't stand this kind of DRM at all.

I'm obviously happy that it's on the PC since it's by far my favorite platform though, even if I won't play it.

It being on Steam doesn't mean it has to have DRM. But it will because Konami will likely want it to.

I'm incredibly close to not buying a PS4 until the end of the generation. Starting to think throwing the money at a 780ti is the best way to go, or forcing myself to wait for the end of September for something new.

Well I have heard that the story is awful, so it could be considered an anime.

It's both good and bad. And not in a cliche so bad it's good way either but it's actually good sometimes...it's hard to explain. Just fucking play it.

edit: if you want to that is :)
