His usage of money is incredibly inefficient and is likely a big part of why Xbox has not been successful during his time at the division.

Could have literally spent 1 billion to get a mix of marketing deals (GP or not) and timed exclusives on the actual good titles they have coming instead of being saddled with the responsibility of having to decide to release Redfall.
