Any way, can't wait to see what MS has up their sleeves. Hopefully less Kinect and more exclusive games focused ( Also the long shot of Xbox 1080 news )

This is 10% COD,
20% Gears,
15% Concentrated power of Halo,
5% Forza,
50% Kinect,

And a 100% reason to forget this conference

I predict people will be fed up with casual kinect and dude bro games.

I'm fine with all that.. there is market, but some diversity would be nice.

Halo 4
Alan wake 2
Crysys 3 footage
Dead Space 3 footage
Cod footage
Some Kinect app/games
New dashboard/social services

I laugh at the people crying for the next generation. So many companies have folded or consolidated because of development costs, what do you think is going to happen if new hardware is pushed out prematurely again? I'm content with what we are playing now.

Well, I want next gen for some changes, I don't need gajilion products only. They could even push the "Indie" profile of games further, to have a co-existence between AAAA Megatonz from big studios and lower-profile quality games with budgets below the 5 millions, sold through the next XBLA equivalent.

Truth is, there are a lot of fantastic games due for the next 8 months at least on this generation alone. We DON'T need next gen yet, but the lack of "fresh meat" is slowly making a lot of the announcement dulls and expected and certainly reduces my will to purchase as much games as before.

BLACK OPS 2 WHOOOOOOOA

We love games! So here's kinect!

DANCE DANCE DANCE

LOOK AT THIS SPORTS GAME! I AM A DOPE SPORTS STAR! UGH! UGH!

We love apps! So here's 3 new apps...for the US!

DID SOMEONE WAYS GEARS? SHIIIIIT CLIFFY B CHAINSAW DAT BITCH

AND NOW HALO 4. DUBSTEP GREGORIAN CHANT. WUBWUBWUB

And surprise! We're bribing the audience! Oh wait that was last year...ok then, Alan Wake 2!

Can't wait. And I'm not being sarcastic saying that.

Oh, and I want that guy back that presented last year. I cant remember his name though. He's WAY better than Don Mattrick...

EDIT: PHIL SPENCER was his name

He looks like Dougray Scott

Oh, and Off topic, but that Kaz Hirai fake twitter is GOLD lol.

I'm not that excited about Microsofts E3 stuff. It's all the same shit over and over again. COD (isn't even exclusive). Halo 4 is like the Mario for de 360, Gears of War=Zelda/Metroid and Forza: Mario Kart.

I just want to say that there isn't even that much inhouse exclusives what Sony only has. Microsofts conference is always about third party.....

* A bunch of multiplatform games (CoD, Tomb Raider, RE6)
* A bunch of Kinect games.
* A lot of talk about apps.
* Exclusives will all be Sci-Fi shooters.

My expectations are very low for this conference. Hopefully they have a surprise or two.

The Twisted Pixel stuff is what i am most excited about here. I think MS acquirement of them is to give them those Nintendo-ish family friendly Pixar character type of IPs.

I've never understood why either first party bother showing multiplatform stuff. Just seems like a waste of audience attention.

Next generation the only games that you will buy in stores will be Call of Duty, Halo, Gears, and Uncharted. Everything else will be DD and the Japanese market will be dead. I for one am not ready for that, this generation has another 2 or 3 good years left in it imo.

Crackdown 3 + the usual halo/gears/forza stuff. A big licensed kinect game and the usual multiplatform stuff.

Almost certain it will play out like this -

BLOPS 2 demo
Halo 4 demo
New Gears - reveal.
Some cool multiplat demos (I'd guess Resi 6, Metal Gear Rising, Tomb Raider)
Something on GTA V. Exclusive DLC maybe?
Third party exclusive.
Lots of Kinect stuff the hardcore won't give a crap about.
Apps and services talk.
Ending with a big announcement - maybe price cut, xbox redesign or next gen glimpse...
The order might be different but I expect more or less exactly this.

:lol
Now imagine this with a Don Mattrick voice.

I hope to see project Kingdoms on stage and the New Gears, but thats a given.
I don't expect much more except some entertainment services and focus on Kinect as this generation is almost on its end.

I can't see this being exciting at all. It's being negative but MS have never thrived at E3.

There's going to be lot of Kinect crap, and other than that, will there really be any surprises? There's be the new Gears game, there'll be Halo 4, Codblops 2, some other multiplatform games, etc.

Nintendo and Sony always have more interesting new game announcements.

Between the EA and Ubisoft conferences I feel like I see most of what's at MS' conferences several times over.

I've never understood why either first party both showing multiplatform stuff. Just seems like a waste of audience attention.

Because apart from the Zelda/Halo/Uncharted flagships, the games most people are really interested in are third parties : COD, Bioshock, GTA, Assassin's Creed, Final Fantasy, Tomb Raider...

More like Microsoft wasting its own presentation time.

I hardly mind seeing new games.
You could see them elsewhere, but yes, that's more what I meant. They have active viewers who are happy to watch their games for an hour, and they spend some of it showing other people's games. It just seems odd to me. If BlkOps2 is there, and MS haven't at least extended the exclusive DLC deal, it'll be really strange. Even worse if Sony has some Vita cross play tie-in stuff.

I'll go with these:

Tons of shitty Kinect, how awesome it is and how well it sells
Halo 4
That new Gears of War game
Many third party multiplatforms and exclusive DLC again
Windows 8/Windows phone integration and gaming, this should be a big push for MS fairly soon

I predict it will be like the last two years.
Lots of Kinect, media, apps and a few expected games like Halo shown.

Usually I stay up to watch conferences but Microsoft has become so boring that its not worth it anymore.

I really hope Phil Harrison emcees the whole thing, so it will at least be somewhat entertaining.
