First to console =/= exclusive to console.

First kinda implies it will come to other consoles eventually, whereas Below was initially console-exclusive, like Titanfall.

Below was planned initially published by Microsoft Studios. But since MS announced ID@XBOX, Below became part of the program and was no longer published by MS.

Yes but it was still presumed to be a console exclusive, but that trailer said "console debut" which implies more consoles in the future.

they said from the start it was only a timed exclusive

This is what they said last year:

"Like many games on stage at E3, Below will be available on the Xbox One first. Then, after a period of time, CAPY can bring it elsewhere."

Yeah, realized that after i had posted. It is really annoying that everyone seems to handle the whole "only on our platform and pc" situation in a different way. Really easy to misinterpret something.
