I think Fable Legends could be pretty good. I enjoyed my time with Dungeonland but it was lacking in polish and the servers were horrible.

Those minibosses had the ability to unfreeze time locally, that is how they could move around at all. His freeze ability is countering their unfreeze ability.

And speaking of two heavily armored mini-bosses lumbering after you in a small arena, how Max Payne can you get?
