I think you can only purchase JSR on the Xbox 360 and on the 360 Marketplace Webpage

JSR has been BC, but it was not purchasable in the new store. I had to access the older, 360 store (this was like a year ago) to purchase, and then it showed up in my library and was playable on Series.

Never knew Jet Set Radio was playable or even released on Xbox. $10 is a decent price.

it is on Xbox 360. But it didn't come to Xbox One. BC games don't play from discs on Xbox One, they download and the disc is just a key. Sega would have to allow it to be packaged for download.

Is Future that much better than the original?

No. It's much longer and has neat maps to browse but most of the game you're not even evading police. It always felt like a half finished game to me. One that I enjoyed, though.

I was going to post the exact same thing. Klobb is basically godfather to Killer Instinct too. This aint some no-name suit.

The original Jet Set is better but Future is still good fun. OG Xbox is still the only real way to play it (its 360 backwards compat is suspect) - so thats where Future gets its allure.
