Can I take training or get rewards now?
No not until July 11. Were taking a week to transition to make sure you have a good experience. You can still access your order history to finalize any open orders. On July 11, this site will retire and you will have to click www.microsoft.com/ExpertZone to take training.
Enter the ExpertZone on July 11!
* Click on www.microsoft.com/ExpertZone and save it in your favorites.
* Sign into the ExpertZone with the Microsoft Passport you use on today's training site. Your name, points you've earned and training history will automatically update.
* Select your company, your job description and the products you sell today. We will validate your account to ensure you are an active employee.
* Select your company from the drop down list and update your profile with your company and job information. Keep this profile current in order to ensure you see all the training and rewards available to you!
* Make sure to opt in to hear about our training announcements and rewards to ensure you have every opportunity to earn points and get rewards!
What about my points?
If you are an authorized company that will continue to participate in our reward shop program, the points you currently have will transfer to the new site. This change will not affect your overall point total! The training courses taken on Microsoft Retail Online Training will show as a single line item with the total points earned in the Training History section of Microsoft Retail ExpertZone.
