F's design seems to have been done considering the whole lack of real emotions bit, considering the drawings there. E loses a lot of her appeal once you realize that she likely won't be making those facial expressions.

Edit: Wait, now that I look at F's initial images, she did have expressions there. It seems like they went out of their way to remove her expressions from the sketches posted for the contest.

So, we're aiming for the top 3. After that will be a backer-only poll. It should be noted that I wouldn't at all be surprised if there's a lot of people who aren't posting responses voting as well, so who knows if a darkhorse could be present somewhere in the votes.

E for me, because of the twin "looks" she has - "Cute Mode" and "Robot Mode", as it were. Imagine her being programmed to act all "Cute Mode" in front of Beck and humans for interaction purposes, but then reverting to "Robot Mode" when nobody else is around/she has work to do. Something about that tickles me.

A is too timid-looking, B looks like she was designed for 3D modelling rather than 2D animation, D looks like something Sonic Team threw up, and I'm sure the Bronies will all vote for C. F or H should win it, though I'd love E to. #TeamE all the way!

Because, whether TransGAF likes it or not, humans have genders, and Inafune is Japanese. Probably more the latter of the two.

The engineer who built her was awful at their job.

No joke, I immediately thought of this being the inspiration for B before Stocking even crossed my mind, and I adore both shows. I still don't know what this says about my tastes.

F is only good as a female version of Beck. They made it clear that Call is not a female version of Beck, thus A is by far the best choice. She is more unique, has the most charm, and a lot of potential as an iconic design compared to the others which rather generically fall into standard archetypes.
