Damn, some of these questions are tough. I end up either skipping or just staring at the text field for like half an hour way too often.
 
Added myself to the spreadsheet. Looking forward to getting a few friends on the app from here! I only know of one or two people in the outside world who are planning on bothering with this.

Very annoying. Basically Nintendo wants the app not to work on rooted phones, yet it is forcing me to actually root my phone in order to bypass the lock. And obviously everyone with a rooted phone will know how to do that, so this is pointless to begin with and only affects people like me, with unrooted phones. What a mess.

The App updated today and it now works on my rooted (custom ROM) galaxy s6 with no need to modify. Glad they appear to have taken that stupid restriction out.
 
Well I ended up blowing up my friend list down to like 7 people so I could finally add someone I wanted. Now I'm going to have to go back and re add everyone I deleted again. If you were in that group, I'm sorry! I'll make things right again soon.

Edit: Blocking mutuals in mass I didn't recognized works too but that was taking too long and I know I'm going to be too lazy to unblock them afterward.

Spent all my coins trying to get the flower hat and pants. I want all the clothes.

This app is bad for me and my poor phone's battery life.
 
One of I Am Quaid's answers (about what he'd like to forget) keeps bringing up an error. Anyone else getting this with this or any other answer?

Ah okay. Hopefully they send a fix out soon. At least it's not affecting the interactivity aspect in anyway.
 
Man, I wish I could figure out why the miifoto functionality doesn't work on my Galaxy S3. Lets me edit and everything, then just hangs infinitely at the uploading/adding to library screen. Grrrrr. Meanwhile my iPad 2 just loves to crash miitomo around the same time, which means I have about a 75% chance to not being able to save my miifoto. Arrrrrrgh.

Also, why can you give a heart to your own posts. I did that by accident and now I'm super paranoid about it.

Also, the whole world appears to only eat Pizza. And banana/garlic/sourdough bread. There's a surprisingly large amount of overlap happening...
 
^ you get a whole host of sharing options in the miifoto subsection of the menu. Just tap the miifoto you wish to save/post/email/etc.

Eagerly waiting for that change.org petition link, Stump. And I'm only half kidding. :-/

Also, I wish it to be known that I suck at Miitomo drop. I have like 60+ candy pieces. orz
 
I really think Miitomo needs a friends circle function. I'd love to break up Miitomo friends into different groups so I can hear answers to questions from specific people in those groups. Example, close friends, GAF peeps, etc. It's chaotic and random to go through dozens upon dozens of just random ordered friends.

However, that aside I really enjoy the app. Please feel free to add me via my Twitter!
 
Mine doesn't seem to update with peoples' responses. The only way I was able to see someone's new responses was by deleting and re-adding them, and then it continues not-updating. Recent tab is permanently empty even after refreshing.
 
Miifotos really wound up being the unexpected anchor for this thing. I can't imagine I would touch it very often otherwise.

My recent tab worked at first but has been kind of frozen since a couple days ago.
 
Eh, updates to the recent tab take ages, and they happen in bursts. At least for me. Every 20 hours or so I get a deluge of notifications and get to reply to conversations that happened 17 hours ago.

My guess is, those three million downloads are just ever so slightly melting down their servers.
 
I can't believe only two out of my sixty followers use Miitomo so far, considering how most of them are Nintendo fans... and one of them won't add me back as a friend.

Maybe I'll use this app more if I have more in-game friends. Add https://twitter.com/aetteternity if you'd like!
 
Created a dummy account and made the mistake to use a browser tool for automated following. It stopped after 75. Now it looks like I can't follow more people for the time being.

EDIT: Was able to follow 3 more people after some minutes of waiting, so I guess I'll be able to follow another bunch tomorrow.
 
I think Nintendo needs to cut miifoto out of this app and make it it's own thing with an image feed/timeline. They could still monetize it with costumes and stuff, but cut the answers and stupid drop game stuff (which is just a worse badge arcade). Miifoto is genuinely pretty fun so I hope they realize its potential and include it with whatever other social features NX has.

Ah, misunderstanding on my part. Sorry.

Yeah, I guess you need to wait for your Mii to ask you about it. Maybe you can game the system by changing your Miis outfit and hoping for the "new outfit" miifoto prompt.
 
Except i'm missing something, for me, it needs to let you privately send a miifoto to a friend through the app. An in app chat would be nice too.

After the pedo problems in the past Nintendo won't allow directed communication in any of their apps if they can help it.

You could hijack a particular "just between you and me" thread and post your miifotos there. Nobody else should be able to see that.

But I can't access my friends list at the moment. I guess it freaked out with all the friend requests. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon. I would like to prioritize GAF over others
