I really hope that more and more people use Miitomo. It seems like a cool little social oddity. I'm curious whether this has staying power though.

It's scaled, look at the status bar/clock when you open Miitomo, they get bigger because the app isn't native resolution.

I don't get it. It's weird and I don't know what to do with it. That said, I have almost no friends on it yet (Germany) so maybe it'll open up more at some point.

Sweet, just managed to get the "cat on shoulder" accessory, which is the one that immediately grabbed my eye. The trick for it is to wait until your Mii is sideways before dropping it (while also avoiding the moving object).

Figured it out. Had to uninstall Superuser for Miitomo to run. Won't work at all otherwise.

If you're rooted, you may be out of luck, unless there's an Xposed workaround.

I just generated a QR code on my Wii U gamepad in Mii Maker and scanned that with my phone.

That was unexpectedly smooth, well done Nintendo!

I had the JP APK since launch, updated via APK for each update. Yesterday I was able to link my account and today via the Google Play store there was just a regular update which keep everything in place. Very nice.
