Add "repo.insanelyi.com" in Cydia and install xcon version 41. That did the trick for me on 9.0.2.

In the shop section there's a game called Miitomo drop. You can use the tickets (or pay 500 coins) to play once. The game is basically you dropping a Mii in hopes of landing on a platform with clothing, to unlock it.

EDIT: It crashed during the download of the data package
EDIT2: False alarm! The previous crash was just a coincidence I guess! I downloaded it again and it worked. No problems here.
