If you want to look at a certain answer, yes. If they visit you you can check out all of their answers for free though.

Miitomo drop. It's a minigame to obtain clothing for your Mii. If you fail to get clothes, you'll obtain 3 candy usually.

Only if you want the answer to that specific question. Otherwise you can probably eventually find out by hearing about it from your Mii/their Mii with enough conversations.

Heads up - if you use 2 devices (ios & android), you can log in to the other and everything seems to sync up EXCEPT FOR MIITOMO COINS.

Everything else seems like it's in sync though so that's cool.

Side question - what do you do with game tickets?
