Miitomo is actually not as bad as I excepted it to be, it's a fun free to play game that seems to be more interested in being a fun game rather than trying to gate the game away so that they can get your money.

If you make a picture with Miitomo does it automatically share it with all of your friends in Miitomo? When you click share the only options are things outside of Miitomo. And I cant' find any kind of timeline for my Mii that shows the pictures I've made, so I don't know if anyone else is seeing them.

There are games in the Shop bar you play in exchange for clothing items. I assume they're exclusive to those games, but I don't know that for sure. Even if you don't have any game tickets you can use coins instead.
