If you're flying upwards you'll downward crash, if you're falling you'll upward crash.

whenever you are moving upwards and you click you do a downward bounce (as long as your meter is full... it recharges... only in the middle of the screen) the upward boost is whenever you're falling in the middle and you click which you only have 3.
