So he's named undocumented immigrants before just for the sake of trolling? For example, I wouldn't include calling for the deportation of undocumented immigrants convicted of violent crimes in the same category as what he was allegedly planning at Berkeley.

They means he's done the doxxing crap before. He used Twitter to attack and harass people, and even sending out private information about his targets. He used a platform in a university to attack and humiliate a singular transgender student to the point where she left the school and it hurt her education. Milo has a history of these sorts of things, he was one of the major players in Gamergate, for example, and we all know how that went...

A specific claim was made without evidence. Once in the OP and once by the poster I first quoted. Milo has done enough shit that whether or not he planned this or has done it before doesn't really matterbut making specific claims without any evidence doesn't do anybody any good IMO.
