The Mindy Kaling-led Scooby-Doo animated spinoff TV series Velma has apparently been canceled after streaming two seasons on Max.

According to Davey Cummings, a background artist on Mindy Kaling's animated Max original "Velma," the show will not return for a third season.

I've watched a lot of videos based on Velma

I watched the first season to see what the hubbub was about. Didn't think it was outrage bad, funnier in what it did to people than what it was itself. Lack of noise is probably why the I missed the second season, no howling ghost to investigate alongside in the real world. Thought the first season was slightly better than the original, but I thought the original show was pretty lame.
