Maybe it's Leonys, he got cut from the mariners today. Gonna miss the dude, but I can see a playoff team seeing value in his defense and base running, and the occasional power.

He wasn't consistent at bat. Last stint was a whole lot better than April at least.

His bat was still pretty anemic but he gave us enough value at other places where he's better as a 4th outfielder than anyone else we have. It just feels dumb to cut him loose when there's only a week or so until september call-ups and if they want an 8 man bullpen they could've sent down Ben Gamel who's struggling even more and probably needs some time in AAA.

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter much, yeah. Just a fan of him.
