this is the first time since 2004 that the white sox have had a winning record in spring training.

I'm looking forward to this season. They should have one of the best starting rotations in baseball this year. Hopefully they get some damn hitting.

waiting until the minors rosters get done to start my franchise. i started my RTTS character. SS, drafted by the Twins in the second round. Got the majors in sept at the age of 18 lol. I have the hitting difficulty on beginner dynamic, probably need to make it harder but i like hitting .400.

i like the new show time stuff. makes fielding a lot more fun.

Between Sandoval and Rusney Castillo the Sox have one hell of an expensive bench.

When Hanley inevitably gets benched ya'll will have more payroll on the bench than some teams will have on their entire roster.

they might finish with one of the best starting rotations but they sure aren't starting with it.
at least it is the last year of john danks. hopefully danks and latos surprise but i feel like they will both be replaced by fulmer and johnson by the end of the year.

I think Danks can manage as a fifth starter if their defense isn't piss-poor again, but yeah, at least they have options if he and/or Latos struggle.

I've hated the danks signing from the start as they logically had a choice between him and Mark Buehrle and chose him since he was a little younger even though Buehrle had been such a great player for the white sox. The amount they paid for danks felt right for Buehrle but way to high for danks.

here we are years later and that still easily holds true. It's mostly just frustrating watching him continue to take a SP roster slot when there are a number of prospects that could likely perform as well if not better than him in the farm (as his numbers are not impressive) I was really hoping he would be long relief and we could start moving one of the younger guys into a full MLB starter spot, but then johnson had a bad spring and danks had a decent one.
