Can anyone provide a solution to syncing up the local radio broadcasters to the television broadcast?

We purchased the mlb.tv radio to be able to listen to KNBR through our web browser. However, the radio broadcast is 15 seconds ahead with no way to pause it to allow the video to catch up.

Any ideas??
