Mother, boyfriend charged with raping woman's daughter

GLOUCESTER, Mass.— A mother and her boyfriend were charged with child rape on Friday for photographing the man having sex with the woman's 8-year-old daughter, and posting the images on the Internet.

Kendra D'Andrea, 29, was arrested Friday morning and arraigned in Gloucester District Court on charges of rape of a child, posing a child in the nude, distributing obscene material, and possession of child pornography, according to Steve O'Connell, spokesman for Essex County District Attorney Jonathan W. Blodgett.

Judge Richard Mori ordered D'Andrea held without bail until a dangerousness hearing on Tuesday, O'Connell said.

Police issued a warrant for D'Andrea's boyfriend, Willie Jordan, 32, who was charged with rape of a child and posing a child for sexual photographs in the couple's home on Veterans Way, O'Connell said.

D'Andrea allegedly took pictures of Jordan having sex with the girl using a cell phone camera, then posted the pictures on the Internet. The Department of Social Services called police after getting an anonymous tip. Police seized photographs and videotapes when the searched the house, according to broadcast reports.

The Department of Social Services took emergency custody of the victim and her 3-year-old sister.

The woman's attorney, John Bjorlie, said D'Andrea admitted to police that she committed the crimes because she was afraid of Jordan.

"She's a victim in the sense that she's in fear of her boyfriend," he told WHDH-TV. "There was a fear of him that led her to do some of these things."

This is why I'm a proponent of "drug out into the street and shot" laws, wherein people who partake in crimes such as this (and others like the dismemberment mom etc) be simply drug out into the street and shot repeatedly in the face. Perhaps in the greater extremeties first, so as to prolong their suffering to equate to that of their victims before sending them to their graves. But regardless, just get them off the fucking planet as soon as possible. If I found out one of my tax dollars went to fund the an appeal of a verdict in this trial, I'd probably vomit on myself.
