As it stands though, Resident Evil in it's current form is doing better then ever and the last two ReMake style games (Remake/Zero) didn't do nearly as well.
Why would you drop the style that provided the two best selling RE's? As it is they are brining back elements from the originals like Zombies and Multiple playable characters so that is something at least.

Why do you think asian doesn't look like this?
Anyway, are these people who praise RE4 now the same group who hate it when first release due to "Not survival horror anymore" ?

To be perfectly honest, when I first saw that render I first thought it was somebody Caucasian before I assumed Asian. I actually had to double check if that was Ada to begin with.
I think the entire game's industry is suffering from a sense of escalation. Everybody is trying to the find the "right explosion with the right camera angles and shaky cam with the lead character grabbing on to the right kind of ledge of the right kind of vehicle that is always moving at the right kind of speed which then does the right kind of cutaway to the title screen." Whoever does that segment right is the new Call of Duty hotness of that year.

I think if you can accept that RE has gone more action than horror then you will enjoy it more.

If the reaction for RE6 is similar to my reaction to Dead Space 3 at EA's conference, then I completely understand the hate.
Basically, the oldbies don't like the changes.

I would have felt better about it had it not been surrounded by other shooters, but it still looked like a solid game though.

Maybe it's just different view. Me as asian, Ada look a lot more asian than she ever before. Actually she look more closer to anime character than she was.

Dead Space's problem was that it had modern well handled horror and was successful. 3 has no business going that direction, YET at least.
RE has been action from 4 which needed something new after 6 games in the classic style, just get over it or try Revelations. everyone cheers RE4 and even asked for moving and shooting in 5, well guess what now everyone is getting it.
Really like how they developed combat, it seems so interactive with the enviroment, Leon using the hammer/knife that zombies carried.
I also liked the camera angle change, reminds me of the older resi. I am not a big fan of the new reticule, it screams call of duty, but I liked how they handled the enemy pack in the corridor, leon peeking and shooting legs to slow them down, then granade to their feet.
Cant wait for this. November cant come soon enough!

Re4 really is one of the best games ever made. A pretty large consesus agrees that it is. Also, a lot of the crowd that thought re4 was the best game ever have been severly dissapointed in re's direction after 4.
Re4 had tons of horror elements and still was very atmospheric and had just as many sgreat enemies and characters as re and re2. The "buh huh re4 wasn't survival horror. Re4 killed re." Line of thinking is ridiculous and completely/factually wrong.
People complain about re5 and re6 because it took re4s formula and mutilated it.
Friend also pointed out the necklace she's wearing. A cross? That's just not her style.. actually the whole getup is a bit too basic for classy Ada.

Probably 360 verison. You could go for the PS3 version if you willing to play at 20fps. Or just wait for the PC version.
I think I'll probably like Wesker Jr's segment the least. Getting stalked sounds fun and tense, then it wears thin and becomes tiresome.
The change which happened 8 years ago? It shouldn't come as a surprise to people that it's still going in this direction.

Absolute ass! Which I had already known in the pit of my stomach, with that I'm going to bed, that was so processed and by the numbers it infuriates me, there is no talent behind this game, none....garbage, pure pandering garbage....
